Introduction

Twissues.com respects each individual's right to Personal Privacy and the European Union Laws about Privacy. Our goal is to provide a tool to backup your tweets with quick and easy access using the Twitter™ API . We collect the information with our own system only in the way disclosed in this statement.

I. How do we get the information

Twissues.com collects information through the following channels:

1. Our websites www.twissues.com (Computer version) and m.twissues.com (Mobile version).
2. Our mobile app (Twissues)

We collect the following information about our registered users: email address, tweets.

We also collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable information: session cookies, IP-numbers and browser version.

We collect this information through registration forms, clickstream tracking and automatic logging files.

We also do employ cookies. A cookie is a file that our web server places on a user's computer hard drive to be an unique identifier. Cookies enable Twissues.com to deliver customized content to users. Our cookies do have an expiration date. Our cookies do not collect personally identifiable information.

Types of cookies in our web site:

1. Our own cookies, used only to save the session. These cookies will never save more information than what it's needed to create the session.
2. Google Analytics cookie. The Dart Cookie has access to some information about the sites you're browsing as you can see in Google Analytics Website

II. Information Usage.

The information collected by Twissues.com will only be used for backup and search purposes only.

Registered users may receive additional information from us. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

We don't share data with third parties. Except the above Google Analytics statistics information.

Twissues backups the user's tweets. Those tweets may contain links to other web sites. Twissues has no responsability about these links. When you click on links to other web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours.

Our web site offers backup, search and tweet results services. Please be advised that information saved in Twissues becomes public knowledge if you don't change your Settings. To avoid public access to your tweets change your Settings to "Don't allow other users search through my tweets".

III. Access to Information

Twissues.com updates automatically your backup. The information contained in the backup can be accessed in different ways:

1. Via URL with the following sintax: http://www.twissues.com/user/ > This will show ALL the tweets from the user.
2. Via URL with the following sintax: http://www.twissues.com/user/topic > This will show ALL the tweets from the user MATCHING the entered topic.
3. Registered users can search for their own tweets or others' tweets (only if the user has not disabled the search feature for his/her/its own tweets) through the search form.

IV. Deleting information

Twissues.com deletes the information -totally or partially- when the user request it. If the user clicks on "Remove account" all the account data will be deleted from our servers. The information will only be available in the server's backup from a limited time and, after that period will be permanently deleted.

If the users deletes one or many tweets those will be deleted from our servers. Those tweets will only be available in the server's backup from a limited time and, after that period will be permanently deleted.

V. Problem Resolution

If problems arise, users may contact Twissues by email (feedback@twissues.com). Twissues is a part of Moodyo Enterprises SL, an European Company under the Spanish Privacy Laws (LOPD and LSSI). Any legal issue will be addressed -if possible- in the Courts of Seville (Spain).

VI. Miscelanea

Twissues will always try to provide the best service. Anyway, our servers may have downtime, data loss or other failures that may result in data loss and downtime. By signing up, you're accepting that we will always do our best to offer the highest availability, the fastest service and an excellent customer service.

Twissues get all the tweets through the Twitter™ API. Also we authenticate users through the Twitter™ Login. We'll try to adaptate our code to keep our site offering a high quality (and free) service as long as possible, but we cannot guarantee the full compatibility of Twissues with the Twitter™ API (or Third Parties code) in the future. As always, we'll do our best.

VII. Beta period

Twissues is a beta. This means that there can be some weird unexpected behaviours in our sites (computer or mobile version) or apps. By signing up in Twissues you're accepting these facts.
